Personal training is usually offered in one-hour slots and tailored to the individual. Your first session will include a posture/flexibility assessment as well as a look at your movement patterns.
Your workout will be designed to your needs and with your goals in mind, Emma often works with clients whos goals are weight loss and lean muscle building with an element of improving fitness and working around and preventing injuries. She is a firm believer in training men like men and women like women.
Emma’s style of training is results driven and she recommends training at least twice a week as well as following a diet program in order to get results.
